More About Jordan Rhodes

Ms. Rhodes’s professional journey began with a four-year tenure as a recreational therapist in a high-security institution in California. During this time, she pioneered an innovative Animal-Assisted Therapy program and played a pivotal role in developing an integrated substance use treatment program. Her dedication to addressing trauma, behavioral psychology, and the assessment and treatment of PTSD led her to receive intensive and unparalleled training.

Ms. Rhodes expanded her expertise during a one-year internship with the ABC Unified School District, where she served as an advisor to the Board of Education. Her mission was to guide the transition toward a trauma-informed, less punitive model of support.

Continuing her mission to make a positive impact on the community, Ms. Rhodes (ASW#110795) provides consultation and group and individual therapy services. Her creative approach acknowledges the unique qualities of each individual, allowing their true selves to shine. Her professional focus remains on reducing the impact of trauma through research, advocacy, and helping individuals embrace their inner radiance.
